Mary was pleased to be invited by Dr Julie Rudner to speak with students of La Trobe University’s, Community Planning and Development Program in Bendigo

This program looks at towns and rural areas in terms of their social, economic and physical environments, with the aim of improving them as places to live. Julie particularly advocates for children’s rights.

National Tree Day 2011 from 10.30am Sunday 31 July 2011

You can help plant habitat gardens, bushfood gardens and a small rainforest area.
Tools & gloves supplied, wear sensible clothes & shoes and bring a raincoat (in case its wet).

A delicious lunch, snacks and drinks provided.
